Inc., Agent for Joel and Marilyn Sevick, Owners, requesting a re-subdivision of property located at 46 Hildurcrest Drive (Map C17, Block 404, Lot 010) to allow for the creation of 5 lots. Zone R-40 - approved May 14, 2013.
