2. Application #14-11 of Michael and Michelle Cole, Owners, for a Front Yard Variance pursuant to Article Eight, Section A, of the Simsbury Zoning Regulations to accommodate an attached deck to the front of the residence on the property located at 11 Parson Drive (Map F16, Block 124, Lot 013). Zone R-30.
