ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING

January 28, 2015

SUBJECT TO APPROVAL

I.          CALL TO ORDER

Chairman Greg Piecuch called the regular meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals to order at 7:01 P.M. in the Board of Education Conference Room at Simsbury Town Hall.  The following members were also present: Thomas Horan, Craig MacCormac, Katie Martin, Dennis Fallon, Paul Cocchi, and JoAnn Hogan. Also present were Rachel Blatt, Assistant Town Planner; and other interested parties. 

II.        APPOINTMENT OF ALTERNATES

Chairman Piecuch appointed Mr. Cocchi for Ms. Blackburn and Mr. Fallon for Ms. Bingham.

III.       DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION

Update Rules and Procedures

Members discussed the existing bylaws of the Zoning Board of Appeals. No action was taken.

IV.       OTHER MATTERS AS MAY PROPERLY COME BEFORE THIS COMMISSION

There were no other matters before the commission.

V.        APPROVAL OF MINUTES of December 17, 2014

Mr. Horan made a motion to approve the minutes of the December 17, 2014 regular meeting as presented. The motion was seconded by Mr. Cocchi, and carried unanimously without any changes.

VI.       ADJOURNMENT

Mr. Fallon made a motion to adjourn at 8:22 PM. It was seconded by Ms. Martin. Motion, and carried unanimously.
