PLANNING COMMISSION-MEETING MINUTES

I. CALL TO ORDER - Chairman Rice called the meeting to order at 7:02pm.

II. ROLL CALL

1. Appointment of Alternates: N/A

Present: Michael Glidden, Alan Needham, Dave Blume, William Rice

Absent: Holly Beum, Richard Cortes, Erin Leavitt-Smith, Craig MacCormac, Julie Eaton

Due to the amount of absences and having only 3 members of the Commission present, there was not enough members to make a quorum. This meeting was postponed until the next regularly scheduled meeting on 3/23/21. Application #21-01 will be heard on 3/23/21. The meeting will be held live via the same ZOOM address.

III. ADJOURNMENT: Mr. Needham made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Mr. Blume seconded the motion. The meeting adjourned at 7:20pm.

MOTION: All in favor, no opposed, no abstentions. (3-0-0)
