PLANNING COMMISSION-REGULAR MEETING

I.             CALL TO ORDER- Meeting was called to order at 7:00pm.

Present: 

Regular Members: William Rice, Alan Needham, David Blume, Holly Beum, Craig MacCormac, Erin Leavitt-Smith

Alternate Member: Elizabeth Burt

Absent: Richard Cortes, Gary Lungarini

Also in Attendance: Michael Glidden, Director of Planning and Community Development; Robert DeCrescenzo, Town Attorney

III.           GENERAL COMMISSION BUSINESS

1.            Executive Session – Palmer v. Simsbury Planning Commission: 80 Climax Road Appeal

Staff was invited to join executive session.

Chairman Rice made a motion to enter executive session. The motion passed unanimously at 7:02pm.

Holy Beum made a motion to exit executive session. Erin Leavitt-Smith seconded. The motion passed unanimously at 7:43pm.

No actions or votes were taken in executive session.

VII.        ADJOURNMENT

Chairman Rice made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Craig MacCormac seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously at 7:46pm.
