New Public Service Request System is Live

The Simsbury Department of Public Works, in our continuing effort to best serve the residents of the Town, are pleased to announce that we have created a new Public Service Request System. When a resident sees an issue that the department should know about, simply use the link below to access our form and tell us all about it. Typical work order requests we receive include:
- Catch Basin Inspection
- Curbing Issue
- Dead Animal
- Driveway Issue
- Guardrail
- Road Side Mowing
- Plowing Issue
- Plowing Damage-Lawn
- Plowing Damage-Mailbox
- Pothole
- Sign
- Improve Site Line
- Tree Inspection
- Fallen Limb or Tree
If you see an issue related to one of these items in the Town’s right-of-way, please feel free to fill out the form. We will ensure our crews see your requests, so they can be addressed appropriately.
