Zoom Meeting
May 27,2021
Subject to the Vote of Approval
Mary Turner, Chair, called the meeting to order at 6:33 PM.
Present: Joe Daly, Rosemary Fusco, Ray Harris, Sue Ray and Mary Turner. Absent: Heather Dawson and Linda Johnson.
Sue made a motion to approve the minutes of April 22,2021, seconded by Joe. All approved and motion carried.
Mary reminded all to fill June and July Swap Shop schedule.
Thank you to Sue for her efforts involving the Compost Program. Flaming Farm and Fitzgerald's agreed to be a part of the program. Protocol for pick up and delivery has been established with using 6— 25gallon containers. Sue made a motion to use $153.08 for the purchase of the containers, seconded by Joe. All agreed and motion carried.
Joe gave an in-depth report on the Sustainability Ct. He also indicated that the reports can be obtained on line.
Part of the unfinished business will have Tom Roy obtaining containers for plastic film recycling.
No new business.
At 7:02PM, Rosemary made a motion to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Sue. All agreed and motion carried.
