TOWN OF SIMSBURY
ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

The Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Simsbury will hold a public hearing at a regular meeting on Wednesday, April 26, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. via Zoom: https://zoom.us/j/2574297243 on the following:

Application ZBA #23-02 of Raising Cane’s Restaurant, LLC, Applicant, Simsbury Commons, LLC, Owner, for a variance to §4.3 of the Simsbury Zoning Regulations to reduce the side yard setback from 40’ to ± 18’ for the construction of a drive-thru canopy and from 40’ to ± 36’ to accommodate a window canopy at the property located at 530 Bushy Hill Road (Assessor’s Map B20-508-001-B), in Zone B-3.

At this hearing, interested parties can be heard on the issues or written communications may be emailed to jhollis@simsbury-ct.gov by 12:00 p.m. on April 26, 2023. A copy of the above is on file for public inspection at the Town of Simsbury’s Planning Department, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury Connecticut 06070
