ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS – REGULAR MEETING

The Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Simsbury will hold a Public Hearing at a Regular Meeting on Wednesday, May 27, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. in the Main Meeting Room of the Simsbury Town Offices, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, Connecticut, Via Zoom: https://zoom.us/j/93995669507 Phone: 1 646-558-8656, Meeting ID: 939 9566 9507 on the following:

1. Application #20-01 of Dan Morgan – Morgan Contracting Inc, Applicant; First National Trust Company, Corporate Trustee, Owner, for a variance to Article 8, Section A, of the Simsbury Zoning Regulations to allow 45 feet in lieu of the 50 feet front yard setbacks and a variance of Article 7 B.7.C.b of 160 feet and 7% in excess of the 600 square foot and 25% of gross square footage of the to construct an accessory apartment at the property located at 6 Hamilton Lane (Assessor’s Map F18, Block 201, Lot 007).
