ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS – REGULAR MEETING

The Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Simsbury will hold a Public Hearing at a Regular Meeting on Wednesday, June 24, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. in the Main Meeting Room of the Simsbury Town Offices, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, Connecticut, Via Zoom: https://zoom.us/j/2574297243 Phone: 1 646-558-8656, Meeting ID: 257 429 7243 on the following:

1. Application #20-03 of Todd and Megan Myers, Owner/Applicants, for a variance to Article 8, Section A, of the Simsbury Zoning Regulations to allow the installation of a pool at the property located at 425 Bushy Hill Road (Assessor’s Map B18, Block 501, Lot 005). Zone R-25
2. Application #20-04 of Evan & Theresa Milone, Owner/Applicants, for a variance to Article 8, Section A, of the Simsbury Zoning Regulations to construct and addition at the property located at 10 Griffin Street (Assessor’s Map G08, Block 126, Lot 011). Zone R-15
3. Application #20-05 of Richard Candelario, for a variance to Article 8, Section A, of the Simsbury Zoning Regulations to allow the installation of a pool at the property located at 46 West Street Road (Assessor’s Map G10, Block 104, Lot 001). Zone R-15

At this hearing, interested persons may appear via Zoom and be heard on the issues and written communications will be received. A copy of the above is on file in the Office of the Town Clerk, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury Connecticut, for public inspection.
