a. Approved with conditions, Application #20-07 of Mark & Ieke Scully /Solectran LLC, Applicants/Owner, variance to Section 2.3.1.D.1 of Simsbury Center Code for the installation solar car ports within the front yard setback at the property located at 690 Hopmeadow Street. (Assessor’s Map G11, Block 132, Lot 053). Zone SC-1
b. Approved with conditions, Application #20-08 of Scott Woessner, Applicant/Owner for a variance of Section 3.10I of the Simsbury Zoning Regulations to construct a pool in the front yard of the property located at 2 Grant Estate Drive (Assessor’s Map C10, Block 101, Lot 001) Zone R-40
