(Assessor’s Map G11, Block 132, Lot 053). Zone SC-1
b. Approved with conditions, Application #20-08 of Scott Woessner, Applicant/Owner for a variance of Section 3.10I of the Simsbury Zoning Regulations to construct a pool in the front yard of the property located at 2 Grant Estate Drive (Assessor’s Map C10, Block 101, Lot 001) Zone R-40
