b. Approved with conditions, Application #20-10 of Aaron Strindberg, Applicant; JayMac LLC, Owner for a variance of the Simsbury Zoning Regulations Section 4.5 to allow a residential use for the property located at 558 Hopmeadow Street (Assessor’s Map G12, Block 132, Lot 035). Zone B-1
c. Approved with conditions, Application #20-11 of Lorri DiBattisto, Applicant; Regina Pynn and Matthew Edwards, Owners for a variance of the Simsbury Zoning Regulations Section 3.9 to construct an addition at the property located at 25 Walker Drive (Assessor’s Map E14, Block 131, Lot 052). Zone R-40
