Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Commission of the Town of Simsbury took the following action(s) at its regular meeting held on Monday, October 5, 2020, in the Main Meeting Room at the Simsbury Town Offices, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, Connecticut via Zoom Meeting ID: 257 429 7243

1. Approved with conditions, Application # ZC 20-10 of 9-15 Albany Turnpike, LLC, Owner; Kevin Solli, Agent for a Site Plan Approval for the development of 9-15 Albany Turnpike including a gas stations/convenience store and electric vehicle showroom, service component and associated parking (Zone B-3)
2. Approved with conditions, Application # ZC 20-11 of Twenty Two GC 2012 LLC, Owner; Chris Miller, Agent for a Site Plan Amendment at the property located at 828 Hopmeadow Street for an addition to the existing Andy’s Plaza and site improvements (Zone SC-1)
