SELECTMEN ACTION
a) Approve tax refunds
b) Acceptance of PAC Financials
c) Approve renewing the Personal Services Agreement with Golf Professional John Verrengia for a period of 5 years beginning February 1, 2014
d) Approve a one year contract with the Farmington Valley ARC (FAVARH) to provide services and programming to Simsbury residents with special needs and support services to the department in adapting programs for individuals with special needs
e) Approve the request of the Board of Finance to the Board of Selectmen to have Blum Shapiro review cash receipt and disbursement processes for Simsbury Farms, the Performing Arts Center and Building Permits
f) Accept an additional donation in the amount of $31,472.24 from the Estate of Miriam H. Nichols to be used for Medical Dial-A-Ride services
g) Approve to recommend to the Board of Finance the establishment of a Special Revenue fund account in order to be able to receive funds from The Hartford in connection with agreement to fund part of the consultant’s work for the charrette and form-based code work. This is to facilitate the work on The Hartford Land Use Study.

a) Appoint one new member, Dante Valentino, and reappoint existing members Peter Ingvertsen, Scott Sagan, Steve Patrina, Meredith Brockbank, Mickey Lecours-Beck, Gerard Toner, John Thibeault, Marilyn Rotondo and Rabbi Howard Herman to the Juvenile Review Board in accordance with the attached memorandum
