ENO FARMS SUB-COMMITTEE

Special Meeting – Monday, December 30, 2013 at 5:30 PM

CALL TO ORDER

The meeting was called to order at 5:30 PM.  Sub-Committee members Sean Askham and Nancy Haase were in attendance.  Thomas Cooke, Director of Administrative Services and Robert DeCrescenzo, Town Counsel, were also in attendance.

PUBLIC AUDIENCE

The Sub-Committee extended the opportunity for public audience.  There were no speakers.

ACTION

I.  Approval of Minutes from October 9, 2013

Mr. Askham moved the approval of the draft Minutes of the June 28, 2013 meeting and Ms. Haase seconded the motion.  There were no changes to the minutes and the motion passed unanimously.

II.  Executive Session pursuant to Conn. Gen Stat. § 1-200(6)(e) to review December 30, 2013 letter from Town Counsel re: Eno Farms Housing: Request for Consent to Sublease: Rental Restrictions covered by the attorney-client privilege

Mr. Askham made a motion to move into Executive Session and to include Mr. Cooke in Executive Session as Town Staff responsible for negotiation of a Consent to Sublease and Ms. Haase seconded the motion.  The motion passed unanimously.  The Sub-Committee moved into Executive Session at 5:30 PM with Mr. Cooke and Mr. DeCrescenzo in attendance.  Executive Session was held for the purpose of reviewing attorney-client privileged correspondence prepared by Town Counsel and dated December 30, 2013.  Ms. Haase made a motion to come out of Executive Session and Mr. Askham seconded the motion.  The motion passed unanimously and the Sub-Committee came out of Executive Session at 6:20 PM.

Mr. Askham made a motion to adjourn the meeting and Ms. Haase seconded the motion.  The motion passed unanimously and the meeting adjourned at 6:20 PM.
