JUVENILE REVIEW BOARD

MINUTES

November 9, 2020

 

A meeting of the Juvenile Review Board was convened on Monday, November 9, 2020, at 9:30A.M. via Zoom and live stream.

Present:       Kristen Formanek, Chairwoman

                   Brian Liss, YMCA

                   John Thibeault, Supervisor, Culture, Parks & Recreation   

                   Kevin Dakin,  SHS Vice Principal

                   Pastor Chris Dion

                   Michael Paine, BOS Liaison

                                                         

Updates from the Chair: brief discussion on how meetings will be run via zoom.  No cases to be heard today.

Action Items:

  1. Minutes were approved as presented
  2. Calendar was reviewed and changes made to accommodate school holidays   and vacation days.  Motion was made by Michael Paine to accept the calendar as proposed with noted changes.  Motion was seconded by Brian Liss.  All present and voting in favor.  Motion carries.

 

New Business: None

 

Old Business: None

 

Move to Executive Session: No cases to be heard today.  There is a case scheduled for December.  Kristen gave a brief overview of how executive session will be handled via zoom and live stream. 

 

At 9:43 A.M. a motion was made by Michael Paine to adjourn the meeting.  Motion was seconded by Chris Dion.  All present and voting in favor.  Motion carries.
