MINUTES

December 13, 2021

A meeting of the Juvenile Review Board was convened on Monday, December 13, 2021, at 9:30A.M.  Meeting was called to order at 9:34 A.M. by the Chair.

PRESENT:   Kristen Formanek, Chairwoman

                    Brian Liss, YMCA

                    Marilyn Rotondo, Social Worker

                    John Thibeault, Culture, Parks & Recreation Supervisor

                    Meredith Brockbank, SHS Social Worker

                    Pastor Chris Dion

UPDATE FROM THE CHAIR

NEW BUSINESS

      Discussion regarding proposed meeting calendar for 2022

ACTION ITEMS

1. Meredith Brockbank made a motion to approve the minutes from October 18, 2021. John Thibeault seconded.All present and voting were in favor; motion carried.
2. Vote on proposed meeting calendar for 2022: John Thibeault made a motion to approve the calendar. Brian Liss seconded the motion. All present and voting were in favor; motion carried.

MOVE TO EXECUTIVE SESSSION TO HEAR CASES

      No cases this month

ADJOURNMENT

At 9:40 A.M., motion was made by Brian Liss to adjourn the meeting.  Motion was seconded by Meredith Brockbank.  All present and voting were in favor.  Motion carried.
