Application #21-08 of the Simsbury Historic District Commission, Applicant; Laura Barkowski Agent; application for the approval of an updated version of the Historic District Commission Handbook to include sections on an introduction to the handbook and its uses, the review process, design and signage guidelines, and sample applications.
