    1. Application ZC #22-18 of the Simsbury Zoning Commission, George McGregor, Applicant, application for a text amendment to Section 3.5 of the Simsbury Zoning Regulations regarding accessory dwelling units. Amendment for the purpose of adopting accessory dwelling unit regulations.

 

  1. Application ZC #22-21 of John & Elizabeth Marion, Owners/Applicants, for a special exception pursuant to Section 6.3 of the Simsbury Zoning Regulations to construct a +/- 816 sq. ft. addition in the floodplain zone at 10 Victoria Lane (Assessor’s Map C07 Block 212 Lot 010) West Simsbury, CT 06092. Zone R-40.
